Information for Parents and Carers

We recognise the valuable role you play in encouraging and keeping your children safe in sports and how your positive influence benefits your childs’ enjoyment of the sport. We encourage all parents and carers to support their children’s achievements at Luna. In order to assist, please find a link to national guidance for parents: https://thecpsu.org.uk/resource-library/2018/parents-in-sport-week-2018-resources

We have also got a parent’s and carers leaflet which provides you with useful information on how to ensure your child learns and has fun in a safe environment. You can find this by clicking here.

Watch the My Magic Sports Kit video here.

At Luna you are welcome to watch your child during the training sessions to support and encourage them. If you choose to leave your child during the session, please return at least 10 minutes before the end of the lesson and let the coach know who is collecting them.

During sessions, please be seated in the designated waiting area and do not enter the aerial space at any time. Be respectful of noise levels, other people in the studio and coaches. It is important that you do not try to instruct your child or any other person in the studio, this should be left to Luna coaches who are trained and insured to run the lessons.

COVID-19 UPDATE: If you are attending a 1:1 garden session, you must accompany your young person at all times. If you leave, the session will be cancelled and we reserve the right to terminate and block any further bookings.

For any Zoom sessions, please ensure that you are either in the room with your young person, or that the door is open and an adult is in the house during the Zoom lesson at all times.
