Flying pole adds a whole new element of fun to pole. The flying pole has a grippy coating, incorporates a hand / body loop, is suspended off the floor and is on a swivel. Flying pole incorporates pole moves as well as some aerial tricks and is a great crossover apparatus.

Classes are open to adults and children aged 7 years plus and no experience of either aerial or pole is required to start.
